Abstract
Background: Stroke is the leading cause of long-term physical disability in Singapore, accounting for 6.1% of Disability-Adjusted Life Years. Despite the positive outcomes associated with stroke rehabilitation, only 33.3% of eligible stroke patients in Singapore use this service when referred. Purpose: We identified caregiver profiles based on their psychosocial needs, characterized profile movements over time, and investigated if these profiles differentiated patient-users of stroke rehabilitation from non-users. Methods: The full dataset comprises 378 patients who suffered from a recent stroke and their family caregivers, who completed measures of caregiver psychosocial need (burden, depression, health status, social support, social activities and relationship quality with patient) at baseline, 3-month and 12-month post-stroke. Latent profile analyses (LPAs) were conducted at each time point. Model fit indicators, entropy and the interpretability of competing solutions were considered when selecting an optimal profile solution. A latent transition analysis (LTA) was conducted with the optimal profile solution to characterize movements of latent profiles over time. Associations between caregivers- profile membership and patients- rehabilitation use over time were examined in a structural equation, with other caregiver and patient characteristics as covariates. Results: A two-profile solution, which comprises more adaptive caregivers (80.7% at baseline, 76.7% at 3-month and 87.4% at 12-month) and less adaptive caregivers, was selected. 31% of the less adaptive caregivers at baseline remained less adaptive at 12-month post-stroke (β = 2.15, p < .05). After controlling for covariates, the patients of more adaptive caregivers had 21.67 times higher odds of using, rather than not using, stroke rehabilitation (β = 2.64, p < .01) at 12-month post-stroke. Conclusion: Caregiver psychosocial need profiles differentiated longer-term stroke rehabilitation users from non-users. To increase patients- stroke rehabilitation use, direct caregiver psychosocial intervention should be provided at or before patients- discharge from acute hospital, and continue into the longer-term.

Abstract
Background: For nowadays the online mass media has prominent role in informing the public related to the certain issues such as public health concern to the audiences who have no direct knowledge or experience. Purpose: We conducted an online mass media analysis in Indonesia in order to explore one dimension of climate change impact issue for public health. Our focus was whether and how online mass media construct public awareness in response to the impact of climate change on human health. Methods: We developed a search strategy consisting of three progressively more delimited phases. First, we searched major publication for articles in online mass media in Indonesia published from 2009 to 2014. The list of online media was provided by the National Library of Indonesia. Second, we selected articles employing general and specific set of criteria. Lastly, we coded the selected articles to track article characteristics and identify common themes. Climate change articles with a human health focus were included. A media content analysis was applied to guide the interpretation of the data. Results: We identified that online media have limited information around the impact of climate change on human health. News reporting of climate change impact on human health has constructed uncertainty around the issue that led to disengagement in relation to possible changes in public behaviors in particular the adaptation and mitigation efforts. Moreover, the communication of climate change from scientists and policy-makers to the public via the online mass media has been a subject of major interest because of its implications for creating public awareness of a climate change impact issue on public health. Conclusion: Online mass media might help in the development of better informed public debate about climate change issue. It therefore needs efforts to create effective proactive-online media engagement strategies in making the public understand.

Abstract
The Philippine government tried its best to design a law for senior citizens while Filipino families took care of their senior citizen member. They designed a law that recognized the contributions of senior citizens in nation building. However, in the report of Dr. De Leon (2014), even though senior citizens have identification card as their single most important document to access their benefits and privileges, what was identified as a gap is the supply side i.e., limited availability and accessibility of health services and medicines, issues related to access of mandated senior citizen benefits. This aimed to describe the level of awareness on the rights, benefits, privileges, and health services of elderly residing in Barangay Dau. A descriptive design was used. Self-made questionnaire to capture awareness and availment of elderly rights, benefits and privileges was used. Frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation were used. The result revealed that all of the participants were aware of grant of twenty percent (20%) discount from all establishments and provision of express lanes for senior citizens in all commercial and government establishments and reported they availed it. However, it is noticeable that all participants are not aware of the free medical and dental services in government establishments and the monthly stipend five hundred pesos (Php500.00) for indigent senior citizens. On the other hand, out of 92.5 percent participants who were aware of the continuance of the same benefits and privileges by GSIS, SSS, PAGIBIG, only 53.3 percent availed it. Lastly, out of 98.8% participants who were aware on mandatory PhilHealth coverage, only 93.5% availed it. It is important for health administrator and health worker to strengthened their information dissemination to increase the elderly awareness and to avail their rights, benefits and privileges.

Abstract
Background: Antenatal classes orientation to increase knowledge, attitudes and practices of pregnant women in prevention of complications and antenatal visits. It-s performance was measured through input-process-output indicators. Process indicators are important because measuring its implementation which leads to meeting the needs and satisfaction of mothers. The low participation in antenatal classes was the effect of not optimizing process, both from dimensions of facilitators, participants and implementation. Purpose: The study purpose was explaining antenatal classes performance based on the success indicators of process from mothers perspective. Methods: A qualitative research exploring performance of antenatal classes from the success indicators of process. The main informants as many as 8 pregnant women participants of antenatal class were selected by snow-ball sampling from 5 PHC in Semarang city. Testing of validity and reliability with source triangulation. Data was collected by indepth-interviews and analyzed by content analysis. Results: The implementation of antenatal classes did not meet mothers expectation who are participants. In facilitator dimensions, conventional learning with face-to-face methods were felt to be ancient, monotonous, less interesting and boring. Communication and interactions were one-way and some information received even frightening some mothers. The tools used were simple and inattractive. In participant dimension, frequency of attendance was lacking because busy with housework and generally classes take place in the morning. Intensity of discussion was lacking because all materials already exists in MCH Handbook and could be read at home. Barriers to implementation dimension especially at the timing of activities that were not in accordance with time availability of mothers. Conclusion: Implementation time, perceptions and methods were obstacles to performance process. Continuous socialization, improving the ability of positive communication techniques and strengthening networks become the solving strategies. Need to development of comprehensive and creative health education model.
